Answer
The best way to improve your overall game is by playing in competition (scrim, matches) with other players of similar or better skill. Also, you can speed up this process by watching pro player demos. You can see how they play and see what you are doing incorrectly. There aren't any "best strats" for d2 or inferno. Some strats will work better against some teams but not against others. Also, certain strats will be better for your team depending on your teams strengths and weaknesses.
